Positive CT findings (1st presentation). Contusion was seen in 45% of patients in the beta-blocker group, and 30% of patients in the control group, while hemorrhage was reported in 55% of patients in the beta-blocker group and 60% of patients in the control group. A total of 35% of patients in the beta-blocker group and 25% of patients in the control group had brain edema. In addition, a fractured skull was seen in 5% of patients in the beta-blocker group and 20% of patients in the control group
